The domain mailbox is not independently verified. Until it is, use the repository's visible support and private security tools rather than guessing an email address.
General product support
Open a GitHub Issue in the release repository's Issues tab. Include the release version, operating system, a short reproduction, and redacted logs. Do not include passwords, API keys, access tokens, private customer data, or unpublished security details.
Issues are public by default. Remove sensitive details before submitting. A response is not an uptime or support-time commitment for the paid release.
Security or privacy concern
Use the repository's private vulnerability-reporting/security-advisory route when enabled. If it is unavailable, do not disclose exploit details in a public issue; preserve the report and wait for a verified private owner channel. See security reporting.
Include this context
- Exact release version and source or artifact receipt.
- Operating system, hardware class, and reproduction steps.
- Expected and observed behavior, with secrets and personal data removed.
- Whether the issue concerns simulation, release integrity, privacy, or account entitlement.
Never use Workcell Foundry for
Physical robot, PLC, controller, production-line, or safety-critical operation. Do not send a synthetic mailbox probe, a placeholder test email, or payment details to a public issue.
