Public website and support

The site uses no advertising trackers. Support stores the subject, message, reply, timestamps and a one-way client fingerprint for abuse limits. Requests expire after 30 days. A private reference allows you to retrieve the reply. Do not include secrets or confidential project files.

Managed AI

Customer requests use the Workcell-managed service. Relevant project context may be transmitted to the configured model provider. Public customer activation remains unavailable until the exact provider, region, retention, deletion and training-use configuration has been qualified and disclosed. Developer Codex accounts are not customer resources.

Your requests

Ask for access, correction or deletion through Support, including your private reference when applicable. Managed-AI export and erasure are entitlement-bound. Payment records may require separate legally necessary retention; deleting AI content does not cancel a subscription.
