Checkout is held. The refund and cancellation path is defined before activation.
Workcell Foundry has no active checkout, payment processor, invoice flow, or automatic renewal. This page defines the controls that must pass before the paid B2B activation is enabled.
Current status: there is nothing to cancel and no current charge to refund. Do not provide payment details through this site or a public support issue.
Before checkout is enabled
- The paid terms, privacy schedule, seller identity, price, currency, tax treatment, and support route must be shown before activation.
- The customer must receive a durable activation record naming the plan, workspace, effective date, renewal behavior, and cancellation path.
- Checkout must fail closed when territory, entitlement, release, or seller configuration is not verified.
Cancellation controls
A customer must be able to request cancellation through the verified support route or the authenticated billing control attached to its workspace. The request should identify the workspace and activation record without sending secrets. Unless a final contract says otherwise, cancellation should stop the next renewal while preserving access through the paid term; mandatory statutory rights always prevail.
Refund handling
A request should include the activation record, transaction reference, date, and reason, while redacting card data and credentials. Any refund promise, time window, prorating rule, or exception must be stated in final terms and handled under applicable law. Never claim a refund from a provider API response alone: retain a provider receipt and a customer-visible confirmation.
Simulation boundary
Refund or cancellation status does not change the product's simulation-only boundary. The application never authorises robot, PLC, controller, production-line, or safety-function control, and simulation output is not certification or commissioning evidence.
Seller
The seller/publisher is Denis Miclea, an individual developer in Quebec, Canada. This page does not publish a residential address or invent a company or tax identity. See the current held-checkout B2B terms before activation.
