Seller and availability

Denis Miclea, individual developer, Quebec, Canada. Pilot, Team and Site prices are in USD per workspace/month. Initial paid availability is subject to qualification for businesses in Canada and the United States.

Engineering responsibility

You retain your native project files. Review generated changes and independently assess suitability. Simulation does not certify safety, physical performance, commissioning or deployment. Workcell does not authorize operation of real robots or controllers.

Before payment

Final contract acceptance, taxes, invoicing, payment account and subscription lifecycle qualification must be complete before checkout is enabled. Do not make a payment through an unlisted route. Published prices are not proof of current activation availability.

Acceptable use

Use only projects and assets you have rights to use. Do not bypass quotas, access another customer’s data, submit secrets unnecessarily, or use the service for unauthorized systems or physical operations.

Support and recovery

Keep backups and verify downloaded releases. Report issues through the support queue. Review the refund notice and privacy notice before an eventual purchase.
