Availability and eligibility

Initial self-service is for qualified business customers in Canada and the United States once checkout clears. A customer must have authority to bind its business, use the product only for simulation and internal engineering evaluation, and complete its own security, legal, export, and physical-safety review. Teams outside CA/US can contact the project through the supported repository route to request a qualification conversation or waitlist placement.

What every plan does not include

• Robot, PLC, controller, production-line, or safety-function control.
• Safety certification, controller equivalence, commissioning approval, or physical-cell performance claims.
• Customer-hosted AI endpoints or BYOK. Any future AI service is Workcell-managed only and remains held until its provider, region, retention, deletion, training, and entitlement behavior are published.
• A guaranteed uptime, response time, compliance certification, or legal/tax outcome.
