What a successful activation must prove
When checkout is explicitly enabled, a successful activation must be bound to a customer-authorised workspace, plan, dedicated Workcell Stripe receipt, entitlement receipt, effective date, and cancellation path. The activation record must not imply that a simulation is safe to deploy or physically validated.
