# Plans, usage and billing

Understand what you pay for and where to manage it.

## Workspace plans

Pilot, Team and Site are monthly USD workspace subscriptions with different managed-AI allowances. The [pricing page](/plans/) shows the approved amounts and whether purchase is currently available. No free trial, unlimited usage or particular number of finished projects is implied.

## Usage is not engineering success

Managed-AI units are the service's accounting measure, not Codex subscription tokens. Check `/status` in the app for the measured remaining allowance and reset information. A successful AI request may still produce an incorrect design. Do not infer unlimited retries or guaranteed engineering outcomes from a plan's name.

## How units are counted

Current configured weights per metered managed request are Luna: 1 unit, Terra: 10 units, Sol: 20 units. An Agent task can make several AI-service requests, so one chat message is not a fixed-price operation. These weights do not guarantee that a model is currently available. Astra requires separately configured metering before customer use. Service request-rate limits apply in addition to your monthly allowance; review the app status and release terms before purchase.

## Manage a subscription

Use authenticated billing management from your installation to open the hosted portal. Review invoices, payment details, renewal and cancellation there. A declined payment, expired entitlement or quota limit must not silently switch you to someone else's account.

## Cancellation and refunds

Sign-out does not cancel billing. Cancellation changes renewal according to the terms shown by the provider; local project files remain yours. Read [refund information](/refunds/) and [terms](/terms/). Contact support privately for billing disputes or inaccessible installations.
